Dear Delegates attending to the Second International Meeting on Sporothrix and sporotrichosis,
The opening day is getting closer and we would like to give you some indications about the meeting. The venue of the event is the Auditorium “Ma. Elena Morales”, placed within the School of Languages. This is located right in the heart of the city center in the street Calzada de Guadalupe. Since we are a city resting on small hills and valleys, the entrance to the building is the top floor. The auditorium (the only one within the school) is in the ground floor, which is 4 levels down to the entrance.
There is a transportation service we are providing to the invited speakers and those staying at Hotel Camino Real. On Monday, the transport will depart at 8:00 am to the meeting venue. On Tuesday, it will depart at 8:20 am. For those that will not stay at Hotel Camino Real, you can find the venue here: Map
If you are coming by car and are not used to Guanajuato, please leave the vehicle in the hotel and either take a taxi or walk; the parking may be expensive and it is limited in the city center.
Finally, the program (see file attached) starts at 9:00 am and before that, we should perform the registration of delegates, which shall take place in the venue of the event.
